Agreement to Terms

By accessing coastalbedlinersusa.com or using any services provided by Coastal Bedliners ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Our Services

Coastal Bedliners provides professional truck protection services including:

• Spray-on polyurea bedliners
• Custom coatings and surface protection
• Truck accessories and add-ons
• Fleet services for commercial vehicles

All services are performed at our shop located at 60 McDaniels Fiscamp Suite E, Freeport, FL 32439. Customers are responsible for dropping off and picking up their vehicles. We do not offer mobile or on-site service.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided via our website contact form or by phone are estimates only and are not binding until confirmed in writing by a Coastal Bedliners representative. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle condition, size, and scope of work determined at drop-off. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the actual work required differs materially from the original estimate.

Drop-Off and Pick-Up

Customers must schedule an appointment before dropping off their vehicle. Vehicles left without a confirmed appointment may not be serviced. We are not responsible for vehicles left on our premises outside of scheduled service hours. Vehicles must be picked up within 48 hours of service completion unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Payment

Payment is due in full upon completion of services before vehicle pick-up. We accept cash, major credit cards, and other payment methods as posted at our shop. Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee. Vehicles will not be released until payment is received in full.

Warranty

Coastal Bedliners offers a lifetime warranty on spray-on bedliner applications against peeling, cracking, and flaking under normal use conditions. This warranty applies to the original vehicle owner and is non-transferable. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, chemical exposure, or modifications made after application. To make a warranty claim, contact us directly at (850) 750-0570.

Vehicle Condition

Customers are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing damage, rust, or conditions that may affect the service. Coastal Bedliners is not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions discovered during service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of any significant issues found before proceeding with work.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coastal Bedliners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
